IQRx uses the Gibson test to assess cognitive skills such as working memory, long term memory, processing speed, auditory processing, visual processing, logic & reasoning and attention.  It also tests word attack which is a learned skill related to reading and writing because it measures the ability to sound out unknown words and accurately recognize letter combinations.  This skill relates to knowledge of phonetics and word structure for reading.

The Gibson test can be purchased along with and assessment that includes several brain training procedures,  a background interview, discussion of results and best programs and alternatives in a personalized consultation.  The cost of the evaluation is $200.​
